Fortnightly home clean
Calculated quote, rounded up to $5
Based on example inputs, not a recommended market price. Includes a $0.30 fixed payment fee.
A price is only as useful as the assumptions behind it.
Two cleaners for two hours is four person-hours. Paid travel still costs money. A job with unclear exclusions can quietly grow after the price is agreed.
The Quote Kit gives you a place to make those decisions before you send the number. You enter your own costs, decide the scope, and create a client-facing quote without exposing your internal calculation.
A small kit you can put to work.
Interactive quote workbench
Model labour, travel, overhead, supplies, card fees and your target contribution. See the calculation and adjust your assumptions.
A clear scope and quote
Record what is included, what is excluded and what needs checking. Print a customer version with your internal costs left out.
Four practical lessons
Learn the inputs, check a worked example, set your scope and compare your estimate with the job afterwards.
Build your next quote in a clear order.
1. Put in your costs.
Use your actual paid time and costs, including an allowance for your own labour.
2. Define this job.
Write the scope, exclusions and assumptions that need customer confirmation.
3. Review, then send.
Check the model against the property and your market, then print or save the customer quote.
Works in a modern desktop browser. Downloadable HTML tool; no account or paid software is needed to run it. Browser data is not cloud-synced. Export backups to keep your work.

Before you buy
Will it tell me what cleaners charge in my town?
No. It models the inputs you provide. You still need to assess the property, verify your costs and decide whether the resulting price suits your market.
Is the number shown my net profit?
No. It is modeled job contribution after the costs you include. Missing costs, taxes, cancellations and unpaid time can change your actual result.
Do I need to buy the upsells?
No. Quote Kit is complete for its stated purpose. You can optionally add messages, a repeat-client workflow or an operations system. Every price is shown before purchase.
Is this cleaning training or a business-in-a-box?
No. It is an administrative toolkit for owners who already know how to deliver their cleaning services. It does not include cleaning technique training, certification, contracts, legal advice or customer leads.
Will someone set it up for me?
The kit is self-serve, with instructions and examples. Product support covers access and tool issues; custom setup, coaching and business advice are not included.
