What you are purchasing

CleanScope Studio sells digital administrative tools and self-paced education for residential cleaning business owners. Each product page describes the included files and lessons. Coaching, custom implementation, customer leads and cleaning certification are not included.

License

Your purchase permits internal use and adaptation within one business, including client-facing quotes and messages created with the tools. You may share relevant working outputs with your team and clients. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the source tools, course or template library as a competing product.

Refunds

Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the order email, date and product. A reason is welcome but is not required. Refund requests are reviewed against the order and processed to the original payment method. Bank processing time can vary. Refunding one product does not cancel other products you purchased. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Using the tools

Check every output before using it. Calculations depend on inputs and omit costs you do not include. Examples are hypothetical. The tools do not provide accounting, tax, legal, employment, chemical or safety advice. They do not guarantee clients, revenue or profit.

Access and support

Save a local copy of your purchased files. Product support covers file access and reproducible tool issues. We do not promise custom modifications, live consulting or indefinite future feature updates. Send access requests to [email protected]. Do not send customer passwords, payment card information or sensitive client records.
